3 Elements Coffee is an Australian and veteran owned company based in Brisbane, Queensland with a national distribution network. We’re not just another coffee roasting company.
Our founder, Terry, a Navy veteran set up 3 Elements Coffee in 2016, with the concept and mission of supporting the transition of ex-military personnel into the commercial workspace. In order to achieve this mission, we needed a product to create funds and help with raising awareness of these issues.
Terry is a Falklands veteran (Royal Navy) that was medically discharged from the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) in 1996 after 16 years’ service. He has spent several years of his life supporting veterans in many ways. From donating to veteran charities to providing coffee for appeals, 3 Elements Coffee is dedicated to making this world a better place for veterans and their families.
He spoke with over 300 people to find out what they really wanted from their coffee. He created 22 different blends and had them taste tested by friends, family, Navy, Army and Airforce personnel as well as veterans, cafes and even strangers. And from there, we have never looked back.
